«Juego de Tronos» arrasa con 28 nominaciones, seguida por «The People vs. O.J. Simpson» y la segunda temporada de «Fargo»
El próximo 18 de Septiembre se celebrará la ceremonia de entrega de los Emmys 2016 en el Microsoft Theater de Los Angeles. El presentador y showman Jimmy Kimmel será el maestro de ceremonias de la gala en la que la Academia de Televisión Norteamericana otorgará sus estatuillas a lo mejor del año televisivo en su edición número 68.
Anthony Anderson («Black-ish») y Lauren Graham («Las Chicas Gilmore») han sido los encargados de hacer pública la lista de candidatos en otro año pletórico en cuanto a calidad televisiva. «Juego de Tronos» es la serie que parte con mayor número de nominaciones (28), seguida por «The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story» (22) y la segunda temporada de «Fargo» (18). La comedia de Netflix «Master of None», «Mr. Robot» y «The Americans» han irrumpido con fuerza en las categorías principales donde competiran con las veteranas como «Homeland», «House of Cards», «Veep», «Modern Family» o la propia «Juego de Tronos».
